Here it is: While preparing a lesson for the leadership mentoring groups I lead, I ran across a quote from General Mark Welsh III. He said, “The only ‘fingerprints’ that last are the ones you leave on your people.” What a truth! My Encouraging Word to you today? Make sure you are leaving good fingerprints on your people. That’s it!
